The product took a while to arrive. I stupidly ordered three bodysuits as they were on special. I tried one and wore to see how it felt. It didn’t offer the bra support I had hoped for and the hooks were very uncomfortable. I have two completely untouched body suits and they won’t give me a refund. They offer an exchange to a different size or a credit. I don’t want either as the size is not a problem and the hooks will be the same on all products. I have looked at their website and they only sell three items non of which I want

I wouldn't even give this Company 1 star. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any shop. Beware as due to paid ads and search engine optimization, they come up number 1 on google when you search for shapewear. They are the worse shapewear I have ever seen. Even though I paid £100 for 3 items (and that was after discount!) I ordered in October after advice from their customer service on what size to order. The items didn't arrive when they were meant to. I got a dispatch email from the courier 2 weeks before the item even got sent to the courier. I asked Shapely for an update and they said they'd update me but never did. When the items did arrive, they were in a Chinese branded bag with no mention of Shapely. My complete order was not there either - an item I ordered was missing. The items weren't even worth trying on. I ordered the same size in every item as advised by them and they were all completely different sizes. The quality was actually the worst I have ever seen when it comes to clothing and underwear. See through, cheap material that looked like it would rip if you tried it on. You are basically ordering through a US shop who then instructs a shop in china to ship the order. I emailed (as soon as the order was received) about the missing item and quality of the items and my email was completely ignored. I have finally been given a return address (at my own cost) but they will not respond about the missing item - they have said they will only refund items returned so again no mention of what I am meant to do about the item I didn't receive. I have requested an immediate refund and will be reporting them to trading standards if I do not receive this by the end of the week (I have been waiting for a proper response since end of October. I’ve now not received any communication from her for weeks again. I’ve reported her to trading standards and you should do the same. Disgusting that people think they can get away with this in this day and age. Suckered by the marketing, don’t get caught out! If I could give this zero stars I would. Cheap, poor material from China. Made no difference to my shape at all. Don’t believe the hype about a “snatched waist” etc. it’s absolute rubbish! The worst bit is that their website says easy returns but the catch is that “as a small brand” they don’t give cash refunds only store credit which is worthless as the products are absolute I feel like they have stolen my money and given me nothing in return. Update 8th Jan: Shapely continued to ignore my emails about a refund and when they did were ignoring my query about one of the items never arriving. They eventually replied on 5th December saying if I returned (at my cost) what I received (tracked delivery) then they'd issue a refund for all items including the missing item. I returned the items (costing me around £20) a few days later and I am yet to receive any contact from Shapely what so ever (apart from on 3rd Jan - see below). They then responded to my review on trustpilot on 3rd January asking me to reach out to the customer support team for help - which I had done countless times already. Still is and remains the worse Company I have purchased from. I'm still out of pocket and don't even have the poor quality items in my possession now.

My first order arrived although had to wait almost 2 weeks. I only tried one bodysuit (ordered M for UK size 10-12 as per the sizeguide on website) and it was huge - the straps were too long and generally did nothing for tummy control. You can only initiate returns for an exchange via the 'Contact Us' email address which takes around 48hrs for a response. However, the response was very helpful and friendly. Once you have followed the instructions for return postage (tracked service and at your expense) you advise tracking details etc and a new order is placed for the exchange. Although on the slow side (compared to the like of Amazon) the service has been friendly but usually takes 48hrs for replies. 14/12/23 - Update: - after just over 2 wks the replacement order arrived - disappointed with fit. Had to size down compared to size chart but these are truly not shapewear. From a front view my figure is a little more hourglass, but there is absolutely NO tummy control at all which is what I bought them for. I feel a bit ripped off tbh and given the reviews regarding refunds I'm not going to even bother trying. Shame - the Customer Service for me was pretty good, just painfully slow. However, the product itself is a waste of money - cheap Chinese rubbish I'm afraid.

I ordered from here early October and the items took over a month to arrive. It’s now clear to me that the seller orders the items cheap from China or similar and orders them from there when she receives your order and then ships them to you, which is the reason for the delay. She will then tell you that she doesn’t accept refunds, which is illegal in the UK for goods bought at a distance (ie online). When I reminded her of this, she said she will give me a refund when I return the items. After sending these at my own expense, she has of course gone quiet despite me having proof that they’ve arrived. I’ve now not received any communication from her for weeks again. I’ve reported her to trading standards and you should do the same. Disgusting that people think they can get away with this in this day and age.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Suits are poor quality but they won’t respond for me to return. 5* reviews and easy returns it’s all lies. I am going to the consumer ombudsman to get a refund.

Stay away from them no matter what!!! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I can't believe how awful their body suits are and how they treat their customers! I even reached out to them via email to arrange an exchange, and they promised to assist me, but now they're completely ignoring me! None of my emails or messages are getting any response. I'm going to comment on every single one of their posts and warn others to avoid them at all costs!!! Their behavior is absolutely disgusting, if you ask me!!! The more they take advantage of people, the more they're going to suffer!!!
