Horrible fit and cheaply as h**l

I think the worst part is there is no contact phone number, I have tried to email them at least three times I’ve gotten no answer, I’ve tried to chat. I get no response, I don’t know why they’re not replying to me, but I do not like the low front I’m 58 years old and I do not want my tits sticking out. I’d like to return these bras and they won’t reply back and I am so frustrated. I’d like to turn them into the Better Business Bureau, but for whatever reason they will not contact me so I don’t know what to do at this point, but I am so pissed off I could scream.

If is a 0 option, I would like to give to this company, I waiting for my order, but I haven’t received the email confirmation I have the charge on my debit card, terrible service and company, I will contact my bank for my money back😡😡😡

wouldn't even give it on star but they won't let you write a review w/o that. thus company is a joke. they say 7 to 10 business days but it's more like 3 weeks. sizes are way wring as I ordered my size and it doesn't fit. they now tell me because it being a bra they can't return it it was tried on never worry and I'm stuck with 3 bras that don't fit and I can't use

The company has a 3- day 100% money back guarantee on their website and they refuse to honor it. If you buy with the understanding that you can return if they do not meet your satisfaction DO NOT buy from here. Customer service is TERRIBLE

This was my first and last experience with them. My order was “delivered” but never received my package. I wasn’t asking for refund, asking for alternative for this unfortunate incident. Nothing was resolved, lesson learned. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU! Money down the drain & in this day- every penny counted. Better luck with Amazon!

I ordered my bra in August, it’s now almost October, and the money came out of my account and I’ve heard Nothing

Ordered two as they were on sale. Received one and contacted customer service. I was told they won’t do anything or refund any Monet because their policy is only for damaged goods. My wallet is damaged… I told them I will tell everyone I know NOT TO PURCHASE from them and their policy sucks!!!!!
