I ordered buy one get one free in M. Immediately after ordering I realised I needed a S so emailed them and they said they changed my order and got confirmation email. I received M after waiting 9 days for delivery. I emailed customer services who said to send them back ( cost to me) saying sorry I didn’t like them. No apology , very complicated returns saying it takes up to 14 days to refund. Obviously making it very difficult to return . Avoid this company I thought this was a UK company but products come from china. Very poor!!

Poor customer service. I received the bras and they don’t fit properly. Followed their return protocol and still have not heard back from anyone. I’m still get promotional emails. Scam company beware!

Don’t waste your money folks! They do not give the “sinched” look as stated in all of the ads. It didn’t seem to pull me in anywhere and infact made around the back even worse. I’ve emailed for a return but don’t hold out much hope. Save your money guys and buy a trusted and proven brand. Really disappointed!!!

I purchased two bodysuit size M using the size guide. When they arrived they were too big. I contacted customer services to say I wanted to return and asked for an address. Shapely said they would only exchange and not refund which I find odd as they are still taking the item back. I then asked for an address as it does not appear on the website or the email. Five days later four emails still no address has been supplied. I get the feeling Shapely is wasting time as you only have 14 days to return. Awful service, company and product.

Just now read the reviews.... I purchased the 2 for 1 body suit and I am disappointed with the quality. The ads makes it seem so hyped and amazing. I got a Large and when I opened the shapely bag and saw a Chinese label on the pieces' bags itself my heart sank. When I tried it on my worry was confirmed, it was much smaller in size than any other large size body suit I own from other brands. The fit it comfy enough but the boob-part is just resting in the top of my stomach while the bottom is decently tightened at best. I am a very ordinary Large in both EU and US standards. Go pay for one in a good shop where you can try it first. This was just a waste of time and money. I am not even gonna try returning whilst reading the other reviews

ironic, idiotic, impossible of listening. I asked for a refund because their largest size is too small and they keep offering me an exchange. I don’t think it’s capable for them to understand and comprehend English. Why would you keep offering it when an exchange is not gonna help?

Horrible,I'm a 42 h these people sent me 3 small cup size bras. I contacted the company I asked for refund the lady going to tell me that I can get a refund because of a sale item... Like This company is horrible Don't buy anything from them they would not give you a refund if you cannot fit it, and those bras are cheaply made.
