I ordered 2 bras for myself a black and beige one. I placed the order on 02/21/25 and didn't receive them until 03/08/25. When I opened the package as soon as I looked at the black one I knew it would not fit, the cup size was too small but the label in the bta had the correct size that I ordered. The beige bra was correct but the boning on the side was already poking thru the material. So I reached out to them to return for a refund and they told me they had to review, could take 48 hours so I waited. After 48 hours I received an email requesting pictures so I sent pictures. Today is April 4th, I just received email stating that they reviewed my case and it was delivered correctly. All they offered me was 20% off my next order. I have two bras that I cannot wear because one is too small and one is damaged.

I been waiting to hear from them about getting refund this company is the worst company I ever purchase from the bra is horrible fit two big and bulky other bra brands I wear same size with no issues. This company is ripped off you will not get refund they try offer exchange. Do not purchase from them. Poor brand stay away.

Ordered my bras March 4 today is March 25 still haven't received them. They lied talking about they sent them out(most likely a fake tracking system. They stole my 45 bucks. Ladies stay away order from lane and Bryant or torrid

Worst bra I have ever bought, doesn’t fit properly, and within a few weeks the shape is completely distorted and the wire is already poking out. Have sent an email and followed up and no response for over a week even though it says a response in 48hrs. Don’t buy from them, complete rip off.

I ordered the special of two bras and I hate them. They don’t fit right at all I’m bulging out all over. They don’t have an option to return and only offered me a 20% off my next order. I will NOT order EVER again and I recommended that no one does. Not to mention I have been emailing back and forth for over a week now. So now I’m stuck with Brad I HATE.

If I could give a 0. I would. Do not waste your time or money. No options for return. The cup size is so wrong. I bought the special of 3 for 57$. It doesn't fit. I'm bulging in every possible direction. So upset. Who are these people? I tried reaching customer service with NO response at ALL!!! SCAMMMMMMMER! We the people need to bring a class action Lawsuit for their crappy material and false advertising. They need to be stopped!

I fell for the ad and purchased 2 bras. I was charged for both right away and only received one. I got an email from "Sarah" stating that she noticed I hadn't gotten my full order and offered a 20% off my second order, with contact info to reach out if I didn't get my second bra in the next 7 days. After another 7 days passed, I reached out and waited for a response. Only to be told the both were delivered! Dont waste your money, time or energy. Its a scam

HORRIBLE! Waste of money! If I was able to pick 0 stars I would. I ordered 1 bra, size 38DD, to try it out. When I received it, instantly I realized it was made of cheap material, the cup size looked 2 sizes smaller, and instantly came to the conclusion I was scammed. I went ahead and tried it on for the hell of it, and my assumptions were valid! After contacting their customer service via email, they said the only way I would get a refund upon my return was if the item was damaged or faulty. Well, the size that was sent to me was in fact smaller than a 38DD, so I would consider that faulty. Unfortunately, the battle of a refund was lost! Plus, their customer service rep is computer generated, so there was no reason to continue to communicate with something that had no reasoning, ethics, and morals. Also, there is no way I would pay anymore money in shipping fees to return the item and pay even more shipping fees for them to send a bigger size knowing it still wouldn't fit. It's just sad that quality and care are both things of the past!
