Most of the clothes arrived quite dirty. Dust I can understand to some degree, but this was a lot. One shirt had brown spots and a red smear of lipstick maybe? Pigment? I didn’t feel like dealing with returns so I just laundered the heck out of them and they are usable. I would be too nervous to order again.

You have great variety of brands that are so cute!! However, the delivery is not very fast, and once I received my items, I found that one of them does not fit and looks good on my daughter. So I went to your policy for returning and they are very discouraging! I will re think whenever I want to order from you. The cost and being irresponsible for any damage in delivery? I hope you can provide much better customer service similar to your collations of products.
