Unfortunately I had to pay more in duties ($94) than I did for the clothes. Also, while the clothes are cute the sweatshirt came with a hood that wasn’t specified on the website (which my kid isn’t allows to wear to school) and both clothing items smelled moldy and had to be double washed before our kiddo could comfortably wear them.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. We usually declare low value as per customer's request and we apologize if you had to pay high duties and if the clothes arrived in that condition. On the other hand, we have doubled checked the product description of the sweatshirt and it was mentioned that it is a hooded velvet sweatshirt. Sorry for any misunderstanding. We have sent you a private email to sort out the issue with the duties.

Untimely shipping, especially with shipping fees. Boutique sellers typically wave these fees. Returns/exchanges policy ridiculous. Not a way to win repeat customers. Website is often glitchy.
