Hi Ms. Aleksandra, we are sorry if you feel that way, as much as we would like to accommodate your request, but our store policy is clearly outlined on our website, and it states that sale items are not eligible for return/exchange. I know it has not been a pleasant experience but I hope you can shop with us again and we can regain your trust.
