I was not informed about tariffs prior to purchasing.

Products were excellent quality. Packing was good and delivery was fast. Customer service went above and beyond to insure am satisfied.

First they said they were out of stock of one of the items, which, no big deal. Then they said cancelling that item changed my shipping and the courier wants an extra $20 to ship. I just had them cancel my order at that point. But why wouldn’t they offs to cover the shipping or do something considering it was their fault?

I am a committed buyer because the range is diverse, the quality is good and the style is superb.

I truly appreciate the prompt response and the thoughtful customer care provided by the manager. The service was excellent, and I felt valued as a customer. Thank you for your support!

Shan and Toad is one of my favorite shops to find clothing, shoes, and accessories for my kids. They have a well-curated selection of contemporary and stylish children clothing and amazing customer service team that's kind, helpful, and quick to respond to queries and requests.

The return policy that clothes are to be shipped to India in the event of unwanted items is not advertised on the Shan and Toad website. The returns shipping address should be published, so that customers are aware of the large, hidden cost of return and/or exchange.

From the items to the packaging everything was amazing . Excellent service . We will for sure be shopping here again!
