I would give them a 5 but I received a shipment that was missing an item and when I attempted to contact the company I received no response. I was little disappointed with with the way they handle this this and their customer service. So 5* for products, 1* for service!

Hi Ms. Erin, thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry if you felt that your concern was not addressed properly. We have sent several emails to the Email ID entered in your profile regarding the status of your order and offer replacement items, however, we didn't get a response. We have then decided to refund you for the missing item and ship the rest of your order. We have also received your latest email and responded on the same day. But I assume the emails went straight to your spam folder. Perhaps, you could take a look? I can assure you that we care deeply about our customers and we always aim to deliver a great shopping experience. I hope you can give us another chance.

Received two pairs of shoes with numerous imperfections and signs of wear. Do not recommend.

We apologize that our products did not satisfy your expectations. We always aim to deliver a great shopping experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. I believe the brand has clearly stated their side and they have assured you that we only sell authentic and brand new items. We want to do our very best to make this right for you so we have refunded your order in full. I hope you will give us another chance so you can get the kind of excellent experience we're known for.

Beautiful clothes on an amazing sale. Arrived very quickly. Clothes are for next year so we haven't tried yet - can't comment on their quality yet.
