Hi Ms. Vanessa, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay. We had issues in moving our stocks to our new warehouse which we hadn't anticipated. But all are back to normal now and I can assure you that shipping is fast now and reliable.

The shoes were sent without their boxes and got smashed in travel. :( Shipping was quick, though. *Edit: Shan & Toad did send a kind gesture of a $10 credit and said that in the future they will ship shoes in their original boxes. Thank you, S&T.
Response from shanandtoadAug 22, 2022
Oh no! I am so sorry about this, Ms. Baker. We usually send the shoes with the original boxes however, in an effort to minimize the our carbon footprint, we are sending with our Shan and Toad packaging. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and if the shoes got smashed. Please allow us to make it up to you, I have sent you a private message to at least compensate for this. I hope we can regain your trust and I will surely rely this to our warehouse.

The sale prices were good, but the clothes had a weird chemical smell - like nail polish remover.
