Shake ShackReviews of shakeshack.com

The food was good. The meat was very good quality and so were the cheese fries. It's a bit overpriced and the service is quite slow (had to wait over 20 minutes for our food and almost had to fight for a place to seat). Not sure I would go back.

Went to the Oxford Shop, food took forever, 3 times as long as I was told it would take, was not busy in the store, food was cold and cheese sauce had been imploded over our food, and had to eat my partner's food as they were lactose intolerance.

It’s not a good place to either get a quick meal or have a nice sit down one. The burger was greasy and small for the price. The cheesy fries were revolting I couldn’t even finish one chip with cheese on. For the price, wait time and quality of food it’s terrible. Go somewhere that wants to give you a decent meal.

Slow staff, dirty kitchen area and poorly made and small portion burgers for high prices. Mc Donald's is 100% better and much cheaper . Won't be visiting shake shak ever again or recommend to anyone. The customer service don't respond and just advise they will send details to their team.

This was Wendy's but 10x more expensive. What a waste of money $28 for 2 single burgers 1 fry and 1 juice drink. It honestly tasted just like Wendy's and you have to order online or on a screen.

Massively overpriced, £35 for a small (dry) chicken burger and an ok cheeseburger, two portions of average fries and one coke. Went to the Victoria Shake Shack in London and the toilets were particularly grim. Really disappointed.

Always the best fries and an excellent

Decent but pricey , the quality was better than expected. Staff worked very quickly
