After waiting about 10 minutes for a cashier I entered my CC to pay. Cashier says to choose one of the buttons which I couldnt make out what each represented. I clicked on one of the arrows. Decided to read my receipt and didnt realize I opted to tip. I spoke to manager and stated and I want to tip. Mgr sd they cant reverse tips. Be careful when paying via CC. and get ur receipt. This is a scam to get customers to unknowingly pay tips.

Nice food with dirty tables Very messy tables. It should be spotless for the price we are paying. Food is very nice but destroyed by unclean tables.

If Shake Shack wants their share price to go higher then they better start to figure out how their restaurants have become examples of terrible customer service. They’re losing people due to their inability to deliver quality food and good service.

First time visit....Fool me once shame on you...Fool me twice shame on ME. Nice greeting. SS can't add mayo to a burger....Huh What? Fries luke warm. not crispy. Regular size meat, small bun. Way over cooked. NO napkins in takeout bag...Huh What? Very little flavor for burger, No juice. Sounds like a "corporate" problem, not the local store. All deep fried trans fat, salty, sugary American tasting food. Even the burger buns were horrible and I tasted sugar. No doubt raising agent is the paste for quick production. High salt, high sugar junk food. To top it off I used their ketchup device and it exploded when coming out all over my new jacket. Nothing here is quality. All American junk food. Nothing grilled. Horrible. If teens ate this food daily I’d hate to think what health issues they would have in the future long term. Sugary drinks as well. The owners running this franchise are profit focused only . Food tailored for young people that are addicted to junk food.no idea about about quality ingredients or health. Honest burgers cost more but I’m getting a quality burger Never again.

nice burger but the burger that cost 10 bugs cant be the same size as the burger that costs 19 bugs. Really bad experience, after eating that 18 dollar burger had to go to Mc Donalds to eat something

Very light customer level, and been 20 minutes and counting for a lemonade and shake. People who ordered after have already been served.
