Shake Shack - Leicester Square, London My friend had a good experience in the US and so we happily went into the venue - however this experience was certainly not a good one. ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD is what we're talking about. I had the crinkle chips with cheese sauce - a cheese sauce that was a glutinous mess, slimy and unpleasant to try to eat. A cheese sauce that clearly used flavouring to give a cheese flavour, I certainly got no impression that there was real cheese used. ShackMeister Fries - too salty, cheese sauce inedible - price of £6.55 extortionate! NEVER AGAIN But Amanda, our assistant, was very pleasant. I will not return or recommend.

This one is located right next to McDonalds and would expect a meal that is better. Two burgers smaller than McD and two shakes from a mix for $40. Better burgers and shakes could be had next door for half the price. Really expected a shake made from ice cream and a fresh burger.

Best Burger and Fries! The Branches could be a bit more comfy, though. Bring Shake Shack to EU!!

We have visited Shake Shack for the first time, we were amazed by employees, who smilingly welcomed us, asking if we like everything. The combination of taste, pleasant price and high quality is all about Shake Shack. Looking forward to our next coming back here! I would especially note the location in Mercato and City Centre Deira. People working here are so nice and warm, making sure that we enjoy our food. Best of the best!

Really nice fast foods, delicious and with choice for everyone. Can definitely recommend, only downside being the cheddar on the fries which could be improved. Will come back for sure!

Delicious burger. I discovered them on a trip to Bangkok inside the new mall called "EmSphere". I got a double ShackBurger which was absolutely delicious. Service was efficient; order at the counter and they buzz you once your burger is ready. Sadly they don't have any branch in Taipei.

Gave wrong meal and haven't refunded me. Bad customer service. Can't recommend. Very unimpressed. They don't value your patronage.
