It took 10 weeks, but I eventually received my order.

Thought I had purchased polarized lenses for my wayfarer glasses, guess not!

Ordered a set of lenses for my Glasses sent me the wrong lenses try to contact them they never responded stuck with Lenses that are not any good for my glasses Just bad business

These people can not delivery, I ordered a pair of glass legs, It have past 26 days, still not shipped yet. the kid is waiting to replace the damaged parts......

Received new replacement lenses in time promised. I installed them and lenses fit perfectly and mirror blue color was a perfect match. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this company

Sory but I don't receive my purchase yet. Its very delayed. I'm not very happy. I still waiting

I ordered screws and temples for some Rayban glasses. The screws arrived but took 4 weeks. The temples did not arrive and now I have to wait another 4 weeks for them before I can put these glasses back. The parts have to be ordered from Italy -- perhaps I could have done that directly. The good part is that there are very few other places offering Rayban parts, and this company had some. They also sent me somebody else's order. I asked for a parts and refund. They told me I can have the parts or the refund. Customer service is pleasant and polite, but still, I have to wait a total of some 8 weeks before I can get these glasses put together right.

I give 5 stars to this company because of two things. 1. The part ordered came exactly as the one that was been replaced 2. The timing of the order was perfect within the time frame offered by the company. There was no space to second guess' Keep the good work and the truthfulness of your dealings
