I ordered Raybans lens replacements. Read the small print, they take your order then order it direct from Rayban so the whole process takes 3-4 weeks. DO NOT upgrade to express shipping it is a waste of money since you will only save a couple of days out of 4 weeks. I did not realize that so I paid the $8 (or whatever the charge is) expecting the lenses in a few days. Their customer service pretty much reads a script telling yo that it was noted on their website. I did get my lenses and they fit, I would give them a higher rating if I did not get douped into paying for express shipment also the long wait time. It would be nice if they refunded the express ship cost and not even list that as an option on replacement parts that have to come from overseas.

Shades daddy sent the wrong size replacement screws for my glasses. When I informed them of this, they wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee for sending back the screws they had sent me. I paid for shipping to return the incorrect screws. After I complained, they removed the re-stocking fee and said they would send me the proper screws with no extra fees. 9 months later they never sent me any more screws. So basically I spent over $20 (with return shipping) for two screws I never received and I have a broken pair of glasses. Thank you shades daddy for nothing. I will never do business with shades daddy ever again.

I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and I purchased Oakley RadarLock Path Polished Black Iridium Polar Sunglasses (OO9181-12) on 9/8/2017 for $300. I received the wrong item (RadarLock Path Polished Black Iridium Polar VR28 Sunglasses OO9181-19 - value $230) on 9/26/2017. On 09/26/2017, I called and spoke with a representative at Shadesdaddy and they notified me that they would send the correct item and also send a shipping label via email for me to return the item. Today is 10/21/2017 and I have not received anything. I will attempt to call one more time to clear this up and received the correct item.

It's been a couple of weeks and still haven't received my order, nor have I gotten any updates about it

My experience was 5 star. The ordering was easy, the product was exactly what I needed, delivery time was great.

I got the exact replacement temples for my Ray Bans. The local Eye glass store said they couldn't get them. The only problem is you may need the help from an eye glass specialist to insert the original screws! I tried for 30 minutes and gave up. To be fair, there was a note along with my parts that recommended this--plus consider tipping them too!

I always buy my raybans from this site. I have many pairs, some bought from sunglasshut, Nordstrom, etc. And shadesdaddy always has the best prices. My packages always arrive on time (and even I they didn't I wouldn't be too upset considering you're getting more than half off of authentic brand name sunglasses). And YES they are authentic, as I previously stated, I have bought raybans from many other companies and they are identical. 10/10 products and service.

I ordered a pair of replacement glasses, first they tell me they do not have them and can not ship them, when I inquire about getting my money back they say they are back ordered and I will receive them soon. I received very late the item, but not their fault.
