Was able to find a difficult to replace …
Was able to find a difficult to replace piece for my wife's sunglasses (which I broke!) at a reasonable price. Thank you for saving the day!

Customer service could use some work
Customer service could use some work. I ordered replacement arms and screws for sunglasses I had, it took a month to get them and the screws were not the correct ones. Not too happy overall

OK Service...Ray Ban product falls short of expectations.
Shipping and customer service were helpful and efficient. But I have requested a return since the RayBan glasses are too small and the fit feels "off". Hopefully, I will still be able to do this without the original shipping box.

Finally Got My Product - Had to Order Twice, Took Forever, Extremely Poor Communication!
First off, I am happy that I received my order.... finally! I originally placed my order on June 8th and Shadesdaddy packed and sent the wrong item. Trying to get someone to communicate was darn near impossible and subsequently I had to ship the item back to them. You would think they would have automatically sent my correctly ordered item then right? Nope,... they just cancelled and refunded the order! I had to then reorder and then wait the additional 3 - 4 weeks! Finally I have the replacement RayBan Temples that I ordered. Gentlemen, a little customer service and communication go a long way and you should consider making it easier for patrons to contact you!

They let me pay for priority shipping …
They let me pay for priority shipping (2-3 day shipping) when they knew that it would take up to 4 weeks for it to ship from over seas. They state in very fine writing that it would take a while for it to ship. But I think that priority shipping shouldn't be an option if they know it takes up to 4 weeks to ship.
