My order never arrived!!! I bought two pairs of replacement lenses and they never arrived. I haven't been able to reach ShadesDaddy to enquire. Overall - I'm $90 poorer :(

After several failed attempts by Luxotica (Sunglass Hut) and even going to LensCrafters (upon S.H.'s recommendation), I FINALLY got my replacement parts from ShadesDaddy.com. Thanks, y'all. I'm now able to wear my favorite shades while working/driving in the field, rather than using my less professional looking "weekenders" during business hours. Without reservation, I'm recommending ShadesDaddy.com. Just a head's up though: it took them about 2 months to get my replacement parts to me BUT, I believe that's because they fabricated them. So, if you need (obscure?) replacement parts, put your order in ASAP and be patient. They sent me a shipment notification email on the very day I was starting to wonder if my order fell through the cracks. I hope this review is helpful. - JO

The product is excellent--but it took me contacting ShadesDaddy.com to get my order moving after almost 7 weeks. The original invoice did not offer any tracking info and I had to go back to the website to get with a chat feature to share my invoice info to get forward movement on the order. Once I went back to the website, this worked and I was provided a tracking number as well. I'm not sure why this is not provided in the first place--my invoice did not provide any other contact info either. So, just know that the chat feature on the website is the way to troubleshoot if needed.

Excellent, despite the bad reviews I went ahead with the purchase of replacement lenses for my raybans because they seem to be the only company with the original part. I'm not an expert but the replacement looks very original to me, they fit perfectly and match the original color. The shipment to australia took about 3 weeks. Recommended.

I ordered replacement shades in early April and was told it would take 6-8weeks for delivery since items are being imported from Italy. Three months later, I still did not receive my order or an update from the company. I emailed them and was told "your order is still pending shipment because of a delay with manufacturer in Italy. As soon as your order arrives we will ship it and send you a tracking number." It is now September and I have not received my ANYTHING from this company. I definitely discourage anyone from doing business with this company. I really wish I had done my research sooner.

I've ordered DG sunglasses from the Sicilian Carretto collection, which was specialized in colorful design (and I know how the full package shall look like). However they arrived in classical black case and whats more without textile protecting cover. So the question I have, are these sunglasses original at all???
