I'm very happy with this ring
I'm very happy with this ring! It looks exactly as I expected—sleek, stylish, and well-made. I also added a powerful personal phrase in the inner engraving, which makes it even more meaningful to me. I highly recommend it!

Hi Samantha, Thank you for your feedback. It’s possible that the original confirmation email ended up in your spam folder. I have resent it and reached out to you directly via email as well. Please check both your inbox and spam folder, and let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with. Kind regards, Thijs SettAndCo Customer Support

Instagram CX Communications
I was unable to contact their CX via the traditional methods and reached out to their Instagram DMs for help. The representatives I spoke to were incredibly helpful and I was in touch with someone daily about a potentially missing package (my fault, not theirs, triple check your zip codes!). The package arrived, and USPS figured it out without anyone else needing to intervene further, but their team was willing to help the entire time and I appreciated their help and kindness!
Response from SettandcoOct 22, 2024
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is delayed, especially when it's due to a mistake on your end. It's heartwarming to hear that our team on Instagram was able to provide you with the support you needed. Their willingness to help and their daily updates demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction. We're glad that the package ultimately arrived and that USPS was able to resolve the issue.
