My desired purchase included an inscription of a language other than English. When asking questions to verify this would be possible, I was met with customer service that went above and beyond the bare minimum!

I had it engraved on the front and back and when I say it’s perfect I highly recommend 10/10.

I was not prompted to enter the 15% off discount code. Please deduct the 15% and send it back to my credit card. Other than that everything was great.

I love my bracelet. However, 1. The magnet was really weak. I contact the company and they sent me a new one. 2. 10 months later one of the strips tore and I can’t wear it anymore. It’s an amazing gift, but is not built to last

First the delivery service was very fast and when I notified their support customer service, they immediately instructed me on how to return the item and then my replacement item was received very timely and imperfect condition, notifications on delivery dates, and tracking is excellent

Love the necklace. Shipping took a lot longer than expected.
