That should be a joyful moment, and I completely understand how frustrating it must feel when things don’t go as smoothly as expected. I would like to clarify how the resizing process works so everything is transparent. For rings, we do offer the first resizing completely free of charge. If the ring needs to be adjusted again after the first resize and the item was produced correctly according to the requested size, a restocking fee is applied. This is because a new ring must be produced again from scratch, which involves additional materials and craftsmanship. That said, I truly understand your concern regarding the impression you received earlier, and I’m very sorry if the explanation at that time was not as clear as it should have been.
