Was highly impressed with the quality and craftmanship of the product.
Was highly impressed with the quality and craftmanship of the product I purchased. Fair price and definitely worth the value of the money I spent. I will surely recommend Sett and Co to my friends and family.

No delivery yet
Ordered my necklace over a month ago. When trying to get a hold of customer service I get the run around about delivery time frames and reasons why. One of the only good things I can say is the customer service department is responsive which still gives me hope I will get my order still. As to the question of when, hopefully I will find out.

Hi Jerrick, Thank you so much for your patience and for your kind words about our team—it truly means a lot. I’m very sorry for the delay in your order’s arrival. This is absolutely not the experience we want you to have, and I completely understand how frustrating this must be. Please rest assured that your order is still en route, and I’ve personally followed up via email to check on its status. We’re doing everything we can to make sure it reaches you as soon as possible. Thanks again for hanging in there with us. I’ll keep an eye on this and update you as soon as I have more information. Warmest regards, Kyrene

Do not buy from this company!
Do not buy from this company! While they advertise that their gold necklaces are made of solid gold, they are actually hollow in nature. My necklace broke while taking off my shirt and I’d relate the material to being as rigid as a paper clip. Your necklace will continuously break!!!

Hi Bryan, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. We truly take pride in the design and quality of our jewelry, and this definitely isn't the kind of experience we want you to have. I've just sent you a follow-up email so we can properly look into this and offer you a suitable solution. We’d love the chance to make things right for you. Sincerely, Kyrene

Do NOT order from SETT and Co
Do NOT order from this company! I ordered nearly a month ago and my order hasn’t shipped. Every time I contacted them about my order, they skated around the issue and sent false assurances about how it “would be delivered soon” and claimed that they’re “super particular about quality” so a “hiccup” delayed my order. The tracking number they provided (which I had to request when I didn’t receive an initial order confirmation), shows that my order STILL has not been received by their shipping partners. Unless you’re willing to wait for months to potentially never receive what you paid for, do not order from them.

Hi Regan, I’m truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this experience has caused you - it’s absolutely not the kind of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand how disappointing this has been. Please know we’re doing everything we can to make sure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. I’ve just sent you a follow-up via email with more details and will personally continue monitoring this until it reaches you. Thank you for your patience so far - I really do appreciate it, and I’m here if you have any further questions or concerns. Sincerely, Kyrene

Dont do it.
This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. I was meant to receive this item well in advanced to the day i needed it. Nope. I cant even get an estimate on where it is because the website didnt change the delivery date, I just got an email about it. I contact customer service and they said it has already shipped so no refund. Yet they cant give me the shipping number? No phone number to call and an email that dances around all my questions and concerns. I would comment on the quality but guess what? STILL NO PRODUCT. If you do want something from this company do not go buy the estimated date given. UPDATE: As of July 7th I still have no package. I have had 2 "wrong" tracking numbers given, and have been refused a refund until it arrives. Will it arrive? The world may never know.

Hi Caitlin, I’m so sorry to hear that you still haven’t received your package—I completely understand how frustrating this experience must be, especially with the tracking mix-ups. You absolutely deserve clarity and better updates, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience. As of now, your package is with customs and is waiting for clearance. Based on the most recent update, it should be delivered within 3–5 business days. I want you to know that we’re actively monitoring the shipment alongside our Shipping Coordinator to make sure everything stays on track and reaches you as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your continued patience while we get this sorted. I’ll keep an eye on it and make sure to follow up if there are any changes. Sincerely, Kyrene
