I love sesame. Finding Dr. Usman has made my life so much easier and my appointments are fast. He is polite and efficient, wants to provide exceptional health care and truly cares about his patients!

If only I could give this company negative stars. The service is disconnected, unorganized, and ineffective. My wife booked an appointment for me as she is the main insurance holder and when I went to log on for my visit the link emailed to me sent me to an external browser page instead of the app, which I was told to download via your email. I could not log on via the browser or the app and was unable to communicate to any of Sesame's staff as both the messaging and calling options gave me errors. I will never use this service again and will be widely recommending that no one I know does either.

I’ve scheduled the appointment right before I left work, and was seen less than an hour later. I was skeptical, but I am now a believer. I have an array of medical items that I usually have a hard time discussing with a doctor… but I didn’t feel as if I was being judged. I felt like I was being listened to.My provider was very understanding of the situations I was in, she shared her insight and promptly insured that I left with solutions that would work in the short run and the long-term. I will 100% be coming back. I am so grateful to have found a telehealth service and provider that lives up to the hype. Believe me, I’m not one to go out of my way to write a review… but Sesame followed through!!!

I needed a refill on a long-term prescription. It was easy fast, and simple.

I felt very at ease during my telehealth appt. Dr. Juat was personable and answered all of my questions with care. I did not feel I was being sold anything, just offered choices. I think this will be a great experience for my weight loss journey!

THE BEST - knowledgable and kind

Dr Mark is wonderful. I know he's at least in North Carolina and New York and California. Communicates well ready to help. I had two different issues he took care of everything. I might have left a message about Dr Mark that works with sesame but I'll do it again and again. If you're having trouble with a teladoc it doesn't hear you or understand you even when you text them all the right information. That never would be a problem with Dr Mark.

Tarana was very professional. She asked a lot of necessary questions. Showed that she was concerned about my issues. Made sure I was comfortable with her before we concluded our appointment. I highly recommend her.
