I spoke with Althea Robinson, and she was excellent. Punctual, personable, and very knowledgeable! I was worried that my issue wouldn't be obvious over the call, yet she shocked me when she called out the exact spot where I was having issues. Speaking with her felt like talking to someone who cares, which helped me worry a lot less. The rate was also significantly cheaper including the prescription I was given. Every urgent care quoted me a minimum of $250, and I only spent $62 total today. This was a complete win as a poor college student. Big thank you to Ms. Robinson.

Dr. Juan Fernandez was amazing! Very patient and listening to all my concerns and gave me options to what would work best for me. He was on time for the appointment and didn’t rush the conversation. I will only be contacting him from now when I need help!

I signed up for the plus plan. I scheduled an appointment with a provider for the following day. I don’t have insurance which is why I used this platform. The cost for the first appointment was $94. Later the provider reached out asking for insurance, I informed them I don’t have insurance which was communicated in the scheduling of the appointment. The provider told me the cost for the first appointment is $250, then $150 for follow up appointments. I already know I can’t get the controlled ADHD meds using this program, but I was hopeful I could figure something out with non-stimulant medication. I struggle with working without meds, I can’t afford insurance, this experience has really provided me with no hope of getting better anytime soon. I really was hopeful I could afford to see someone and get help. I just feel so hopeless.

Dr Mohammed Majid is the absolute best. I've been using him as my primary Dr for a little over a year and couldn't be happier.

Be warned!!! DO NOT book a visit if you need certain medications filled because if they are "controlled" then even with a video visit they will not prescribe them. However, they will take your money for the visit without issue EVEN THOUGH you listed the meds BEFORE setting up an appointment. Stay far away from these clowns...

I was able to book an appointment at 2am, get seen by 4am, and get a prescription I desperately needed (I'm big fat) by 430am.

She listened took my needs into consideration. Got to the point, and was very direct with care to solve the issue. Not only that she was available at 7:00 PM on a Sunday. You cannot ask for better faster service. Thanks Doc!
