Really positive experience. I've had my fair share of telehealth visits and I would consider Sesame in the top three. It is convenient and they actually treat more than just a cold or birth control refills. They offer much, much, more than that. The doctors and NP's can fulfill pretty much most visits but you can actually see their specialty and experience such as dermatology, foot, sleep, emergency, psychiatry and so on. I would urge anyone who needs access to a healthcare professional to utilize this service. The price, convenience and accessibility to be seen and heard are hard to beat. Even if you are fully insured, like I am. Also, Salimah Jones, N.P. was excellent!

Sesame was super easy to navigate through - I had a Doctor call me back BEFORE my scheduled consultation - I needed relief fast and a prescription for a sinus infection and Sesame hit a HOME RUN!

Only 1 star because I couldn't put zero ! Appointment was urgent scheduled for 10:45 dr was a no show , attempted MULTIPLE TIMES to be credited for this and still nothing no call no email ! NEVER AGAIN do not trust them they are not on top of there doctors and no one responds to calls or emails .

I was able to search for and book a strep test directly on Sesame, which I thought would help save some time and money with urgent care or doctors office. I did successfully get a lab test order from a NP shortly after. But when I drove to the Quest Diagnostics location for the appointment, they could not provide the service– they only do phlebotomy, and cannot provide a swab for strep testing. I contacted Sesame support, who simply said to ask Quest, with no other details or information. After wasting another 20 minutes on the phone with Quest, they said that strep tests were usually only done in doctors' offices and Quest locations couldn't provide the service. I got a refund, but wasted a good chunk of my day finding out that the information and services offered on the Sesame site are inaccurate and misleading. It seemed interesting for other health needs, but no way I am wasting my time now.

I lost my med insurance during Covid and i really needed my meds, and Sesame came through like a champ, i have everything i need now and the price of the online Doctors appointment was great, and some good med prices too shipped to my door free also, i give them A+++

I had a terribly painful eye infection on a weekend and needed to work the next day. In desperation, I made a telemedicine appointment for around 11pm--the only time available. The doctor didn't wait that long--he called me much earlier--heard my situation and sent prescriptions immediately to an all-night pharmacy for two kinds of eyedrops. My husband picked them up so I could begin using them right away. I felt almost immediate relief and by morning was much better and able to work on my computer from home. I used the drops for a few days as prescribed and the infection cleared up completely. If I hadn't had Sesame Care as an option, without a regular doctor office or urgent care open, I would have had to go to an emergency room, dragging sleepy kids along who would have to wait in the car for who knows how long; I would have likely suffered longer, and had a huge bill. This was so much better! Will definitely recommend and use again.
