I was very pleased with my initial experience but when I got my prescription is wasn't correct. My PA (May Hunter) said she would send me a 14 day supply of the medication I ordered but when I picked it up it was only a ten-day supply. I've been trying to contact Sesame but keep getting Maier-Demon responses. I would like to receive an additional 4 day supply of the medication (Dicyclome 20 mg) I don't think I should have to pay for an additional appointment. Thank you. Marjorie Waterman

Great service. I had an ear infection over a holiday and could not be seen by a doctor until the following week. Even urgent care had a 3 hour wait and never called me back anyways. This was my first time using the service and I am pleased. I was able to see a doc in about an hour and had meds called in right away. Doctor was responsive and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Would def recommend!

UPDATE! They did refund my entire purchase. Still not happy with the attitude or the fact she said she called in a script that she did not. So I went from 1 star to 3 OMG... My wife and son contracted Covid, I needed Hydroxychloroquine so I set up an appointment, it said she was a Dr. but the picture I saw in the selection stage looked nothing like the Gal I spoke to, she said she would not prescribe that medication, I explained that it is a very common drug used as a prophylactic for the virus, she just said NO! So as not to have lost 40.00 I asked if she could prescribe Prednisone for my gout, she said she would and would sent to to Walgreens Pharmacy, I gave her all of the pertinent information... she said "Ok it is there"... I checked 3 days, 4 days 5 days still had not been called or sent in... Pretty sure her name was Karen Garcia. A great place to give $40 away and waste your time!

I am so thankful a family member told me about Sesame. My appointment started right on time and thanks to the help I received I was back at work in 48 hours. This gives me faith that there is still honest health care out there. Thank you
