I didn't know this kind of doctor's appointment was even possible until this week. Sesame was amazing! Got my mum an appointment that day, the doctor asked lots of questions and sent her prescriptions to the pharmacy that day. It was an incredible service and I'm very grateful. Thank you!

It is very easy to get an appointment. But it’s very difficult to get anything else. I have been trying for days to have an issue resolved. I’m not getting answers. And now it seems I’m just being ignored. Update: It took several days and a bad review to get anywhere, but I did finally get my issue resolved. I will probably use Sesame again just because of the convenience. It’s hard to go to a doctor when you have small children at home and an extremely busy spouse.

Early with the appointment call, very professional caring.

Horrible service and waste of my time! I had an 8:45am appointment with a sesame provider - after almost 12 hours, my prescription has yet to be called into my pharmacy. When I call customer service, I was asked to leave a message and I would get a call back - which I did. However, that's when it was confirmed that my prescription was never sent, and the provider omitted any "medical notes" in my file. This has been a total waste of my time and money - as I now get the pleasure of starting the process all over again with someone else. Very disappointed!!!!

I have been bragging about you to my friends

We were so pleased with the care and attention we received from Sesame. Sarah talked with 4 of our family members and was amazing! We will definitely use this service again.
