The company seems to be fine and working well But what really makes the difference is my provider, Dr A. I'm fortunate to have found such a compassionate, skilled doctor. Kudos

I was between health insurance & between jobs; I really needed to continue a specific medication due to preventive surgeries I had a few years prior. Sesame was affordable and I was skeptical about the ease and legitimacy... but they came through for me! The provider I saw was wonderful, she was easy to communicate with and made the experience even better.

Booked and paid for an appointment with Linda Enjema, aka Linda E. Orok, FNP with Sesame today for a tele-health visit for my migraine issues. Waited on the call for almost a half hour for to show up and she never did. She did, however, send a text through the app saying that she can no longer prescribe one of the medication she has been prescribing me, Gabapentin, because she said it is a controlled substance in GA. Well, as of today 10/13/26 that is false - it is not, as I verified from Georgia Code §16-13-29. Well, if she doesn't want to prescribe me a medication I have been on since 2006, fine. Lets do what we can with migraine in other ways. But no, she didn't show up, just let me hang out and wait while she hung around texted me, and then didn't respond to my text. I was forgiving of all the noise of prior calls (kids crying in the background amoung other things), her starting the call looking like she just woke up, etc. I can let that go,but her not showing up or even conversing with me on a day that I had to have this appointment, that costed me over $100 in lost work time due to a deadline I have on 10/15, is not something I can let go. Don't book with her if you value your time. She didn't value mine, and it really costed me today.

The provider was knowledgeable and understanding he listened to my concerns and quickly provided me with a solution. He was great.

Michelle, the FNP I was blessed to see during my online visit, was absolutely exceptional! I've never felt such ease with an online appointment. I felt truly heard & attended to. She listened thuroughly to a slightly lengthy explanation of what I had been going through over the past several weeks. Her compassion was immediately clear from the beginning which eased my usual anxiety & allowed for me to feel comfortable -and most importantly actually remember every point which I wanted her to consider in my diagnosis and/or treatment plan. She answered my follow -up questions & even altered her response once those follow up statements and questions were brought to light. I feel that factor (truly listening!) alone aided in making the right call for me & my situation. I can go on about how important that level of attentiveness is, yet I think we all get it. No one should walk away from an appointment feeling that facts were never fully explored. I'd give ten stars if I could. Bravo to FNP Michelle & to Sesame for having her on board! She solidified my faith in proper online care. (My appointment was on a Sunday night, nonetheless!)

Was able to chat with me earlier. Very prompt and was able to help me. Prescription was sent quickly to pharmacy and then even had it ready when I arrived. Definitelybwould recommed

Everything: Not having to leave my home for my appointment, getting an appointment within 15 minutes after choosing which doctor I wanted to see, clear and upfront pricing listed with each doctor before you choose, easiest & shortest medical history form I have ever filled out at a medical appointment (both, online or in person) - and was surprised to find out that unlike many other online medical appointment websites, I was able to get my prescriptions without needing to be seen in person by any medical personnel afterwards - just the one doctor and just the one visit - that's all it takes and thank God for this service & for Sesamecare.com. Oh and also, my appointment only cost me $40 - that's incredible !!
