Dr. Banks is by far my most favorite doctor ever! And I have had quite a few. She is super efficient and compassionate. Also, Sesame is super easy to navigate and modestly priced. This site and doctor are a win-win combination!

So thankful that I found Sesame! I had an allergic reaction to something that I tried to treat on my own for 2 days since I don't currently have insurance. It kept getting worse.... I was able to video call with a Dr on a Sunday evening for only $35! Unheard of! No waiting for the office to open the next day, no calling to try and get in touch with a scheduler in hopes that they had a same day appointment, no traffic, no waiting room, no waiting for the dr once you actually get in a room...you get it! Super convenient. What's more is that she gave me a prescription for 3 medications and all 3 ended up costing less than the visit! So thankful for them!

HORRIBLE!!! Waited 30 minutes for no provider to show up when I needed a refill for a med that I’m already on. I already can’t get in touch with my own Dr & am having withdrawal they took my money then just dumped me saying they couldn’t help. I tried to see if I could get a second opinion or WHY I couldn’t be helped & they scheduled me another appointment. Charged me AGAIN & I’m having to re-fill out everything only to wait another 25 minutes for a doctor to NO SHOW. ANXIETY? DEPRESSION? IN A CRISIS DON’T GO HERE FOR HELP!

I couldn’t use the Firefox browser and had to enter from a different browser but everything went great after that. Love this service as I can get antibiotics without having to wait weeks for an appointment.

I first tried another online provider to get a medication refill and after waiting two days to hear anything I got frustrated and cancelled my request. I then searched online again and after carefully checking the many options out, I decided to go with Sesame and I’m glad I did. I chose the medical provider from a list, made an appointment for a time convenient for me and the provider was right on time for my appointment. She was very pleasant and she called in my refill. The pharmacy sent me a text notification within 20 minutes of my appointment and said it was ready for pickup. I highly recommend this service.
