I've emailed them with charges that they made on our bank account & have not once heard back. Incredibly unprofessional customer service & non-trust worthy company to be working with. They charged me two fees for annual membership & an additional charge for an appointment I didn't take. Really suspect. Dangerous.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Muhammad Usman extremely rude. He asked me zero questions to help find out was wrong with me. The very first words out of his mouth were "heres an antibiotic" I asked a question and he responded with "IM THE DOCTOR here, no?" Then when I tried to get my money back as there was no "assessment" completed I was met with a lot of excuses. This company is an absolute joke. Don't use it.

Very efficient and reasonable pricing

Dr Usman was not only on time, he was early! He was easy to speak with, listened to my my concern and was able to address it promptly and thoroughly! Highly recommend both the platform and Dr Usman

Doctor listened well and wrote script for refill, but failed to confirm that pharmacy had acquired script. Asked doctor two days later to send again, he claimed he did, but once again they said they had no record of my prescription. When I used your service in SC I had zero problems. In NY, either doctors don't understand which scripts can be written where, or they are just plain lazy. At that point, my time and money are wasted and my medical concern continues. It would have been better not using Sesame in the first place.

NP Farhana Butt very promptly placed an order for my dermatologic skin cream that I was almost out of and arranged for much needed labs. She is extremely pleasant to talk with and very professional in her manner.

The ease of making an appointment and the provider was very helpful.
