3 out 4 of my prescriptions were to be processed by Tru Pill. My appt was at 3:30 on Sept 14. Today is Sept 17 and no response from Tru Pill. I called Sesame Care on the 15th looking for the needed Email for processing from Tru Pill and they said it would within 24hrs. NOTHING. I have used this system before so I know how it works and WHEN it should happen. Really unprofessional.

When I tried to book an appointment with an ob-gyn through my previous network, the earliest appointment would have been three months away! On Sesame I was able to find a provider right away. I didn’t have to drive forty minutes, wait another forty to see a doctor and then get told to come back months later. When a problem came up, my provider was responsive and addressed it right away. When it comes to health, delays can have serious consequences. I appreciate the accessibility and immediacy of care.

Camilo is very personable, very easy to communicate with - he's great about following up on previous issues too - I actually look forward to my visits with him - how often do you say that about other doctors?! Very easy to use sesame, good attention to detail and personalized care - very pleased!!

Appointment was right on time over the phone. Prescription refill went out immediately to preferred pharmacy, was ready to pick up same day.

They didn't show up at the appointment then lied by saying it was I who missed the appointment. They of course refuse to refund the money they stole.

I talked to a doctor within an hour, he was knowledgeable and professional. He got me exactly what I needed, it was so easy!! Also, I struggled with making the appointment (my fault, I am technically challenged) I accidentally booked two appointments. I emailed a request for a refund on the extra appointment. I was refunded within a couple hours. Great place to get a virtual doctor, I highly recommend!
