The service is convenient and my experience with the doctor was ok (urgent care appt). My issue is with customer support and verifying Costco Membership. They have a partnership with Costco that makes prices much lower, the website was faulty and couldn't verify my membership. I talked to support and they couldn't fix the issue promptly, they said I could book the appt paying full price and then receive a refund for the extra amount paid. Currently not able to reach support to receive this refund.

Everything was great, however there was a lot of echo and I had a hard time understanding what the NP was saying. Sound quality wasn't good.

The doctor was fantastic! Listened to what I was experiencing and was super receptive. Highly impressed and highly recommend!

Dr. Muhammad Imran is just my real doctor now I use for multiple different things thru sesame. I don’t have insurance. It’s all 100 legit and he listens and makes sure everything’s safe and is quick if I need a refill or something but listens when I need to give info and asks questions.

Neda Watanabe, PA-C was absolutely amazing. I was nervous and worried I wouldn't be heard, or my issue wasn't going to be understood, but she took the time to listen, and put me at easy and help me with a solution. 1000% recommend her!
