I was sent the incorrect dosage of semaglutide. I immediately called the provider and Sesame to notify them of the issue. Sesame refused to correct the problem even with documentation from the provider that the incorrect dosage was sent. Sesame blamed it on the provider and the pharmacy, refused to correct the issue. Then they tried to send a significantly higher dose the following month. Taking a dose that high after not having it for a month would have sent me to the hospital. Sesame was good at communicating in a timely fashion, but their stance was basically that there was nothing they could do. If they are serving as a "middleman" for medical care, they need to ensure that their patients are receiving the correct service and medication. I do not recommend this company for semaglutide and weight loss care.

Wow everyone else wanted upwards of 250 just to see me and 60 dollars for 1 medicine 30 day supply only paid 40 here for the appointment and 34 dollars for 2!!!! Medicines 90 DAY supply wow what a difference thank you!!!!

I am extremely happy with the provider I use on Sesame, Vanessa Conn. I would see her at her physical location if I lived closer. She is always informative and takes the time to address any questions or issues I have. I never feel like she is rushing my visit.

Dr never submitted my script for antibiotics -spoke to him last evening It’s Saturday- so customer support is closed I sent an email no response Guess I a am SOL Looked like the doctor was doing double duty when he called-he was in scrubs, and it looked like he was in the hospital So I’m guessing he got distracted Not impressed Off to the ER
