Super quick and easy!

I had a appointment with Christiana Umeh at 11am and no one showed. When I called customer support, they told me that the nurse is a no-show, which I already knew. They didn't offer to reach out to her to see if she's going to show. Then they cancelled my appointment, but took 4 days to give my money back. Horrible service!

My Provider, Melissa Tam is extremely nice. Her knowledge and experience make her very easy to talk to while explaining your personal medical problem. Her answers are concise, and easily understood without using confusing medical terms. The quality of the video conference picture and voice was excellent.

First time appointment. The appointment started on time and she was so understanding and quickly diagnosed me and sent a prescription. I will definitely use this platform more often.
