Horrible service. I saw the same dermatologist twice because she was the only one available. The first time she misdiagnosed me and I had to go in person to get another opinion. She also refused to answer simple follow up questions about the treatment plan after the visit. Her assistant gave me trouble and said I had to book another appointment. The same thing happened the second time, and this time the doctor prescribed me something in a class of medications I'd been clear in my pre-visit notes I did NOT tolerate. She didn't read my notes and I didn't realize the meds were wrong until after. Once again her assistant grilled me on whether it was my mistake or the doctor's then said the doctor would reply. She never did. I got in touch with customer service and after days, they finally relayed my message and the doctor refused to adjust, blamed me, and said to pay for another appointment. To fix HER mistake and negligence. Her diagnoses were confusing and weird too and there's no way to ask questions or discuss side effects like with a normal doctor. Even quick questions or to fix her own mistakes. Really disappointed, total waste of money, useless customer service, have to pay to see someone else.

Super easy and Dr. Bell was sweet and handled things quickly and professionally. Would do again.
