I was so happy to see an African- American woman doctor. I felt comfortable telling her my issues and felt she really listened and heard me. I felt seen. Her bedside manner was awesome. They had late appointments available as well. I am so happy that I logged on.

Not sure where excellent is coming from. The whole setup ask you to view your ailment casually enough to trust a random person over the internet to treat it so in my case, the appointment was even more casual with a doctor talking about himself and when I needed my prescription corrected due to the original dose not cutting it - it shocked me that this doctor felt his time was so valuable that I’d need to pay for the same appointment all over again instead of just correcting the prescription in a timely matter and moving on. They really desperately need your money, so if you think they care about your care past the overly casual video appointment ending you’re wrong. Their policy and the constant reminders from customer support of their policy state that you have seven days (?) to contact your doctor after. Not sure when it starts not sure when it ends, doesn’t matter. the doctor never responded so the chat went expired and my account was treated as if I just randomly asked for drugs and was considered necessary for a follow up due to the lack of the doctor responding to the “chat” and this once overly casual situation became life or death and this doctor just HAD to reevaluate my situation but not for free to correct his failure to respond in the timely fashion that their own policy asks that you do. Besides, it’s pretty easy to send a correction for a prescription from an appointment that I’ve already paid for and sat down to talk about and that should be standard. No seven day conversation timeframe, no follow up charge. This telehealth company hides behind their computer and expects you to pay for additional appointments after one where the “provider” didn’t really care to hear you out the first time anyway. Their pursuit of another one of my $40 has lost them what would have been a loyal customer who would have returned for more trashy video chat doctor’s appointments in the future and happily but meh, on to the next. Don’t let them squeeze you for money you already paid.

Sesame is so helpful. My doctor, Stormy, called me on time, she was so pleasant and listened to me, really listened. She submitted my prescriptions to my pharmacy and I am now on the mend. I highly recommend sesame to anyone who needs medical care. I have used many other online medical companies, and was very dissapointed. I have found if their app is difficult to maneuver, they too are going to be difficult. Thank you!

Heather was on time to the appointment to start. She was attentive to my overall health and at that time my immediate concerns. Thorough from start to finish and very nice to talk to.

I don't know I didn't really like how the doctor was driving while we were talking. I didn't feel like our appointment was much of a priority. It also felt rushed. He was ok I guess
