First problem - prescription was not placed properly by physician resulting in delay. More importantly they are using a compounding pharmacy for compounded GLP-1 that does not have a sterile lab license. I was sick for days after my second dose. Never again! Additionally they use project management software Monday.com to do check ins, which is NOT HIPAA compliant for your private health information.
