Dr. Hulme was very attentive, supportive and thoughtful in her approach to my care during our phone consultation. Not only did she listen patiently to all of my medical issues and concerns — as well as provide helpful recommendations — she also has a very calming presence that I found to be very grounding, and I never felt rushed during our call. In fact, just the opposite. I truly appreciated her “bedside manner” and very much look forward to seeing her again for my follow-up appointments. Thank you very much, Dr Hulme.

I had a horrible experience and would never recommend this company to anyone. Due to service issues at the pharmacy I chose, I had to ask the doctor to send the prescriptions to a new pharmacy. She actually refused! I then contacted their customer service and asked them to ask her to do so, and they also refused! The doctor was in my opinion rude and unprofessional. Their customer service people are in my opinion defensive, uncaring, and seemingly not interested in being helpful. Also concerning is that fact that when I contacted the doctor again -only five days after the consult - I got a message in the portal saying something to the effect that it had been a long time since my appointment and therefore the doctor might not be available to respond to me. Only five days after the appointment! You can easily find other telehealth providers by searching online. I would advise people to do yourself a favor and avoid Sesame!
