I booked one- time online medical visit for$29. Immediately after booking, my bank sent mea notification showing a $348 charge for an annual subscription that I didn’t knowing and agree to. I tried to cancel right way, but the system didn’t allow me to cancel the subscription. I contacted the customer service, they canceled the further billing, but told me they couldn’t cancel current subscription . It means I was charged $348 for a plan I never intended to purchase and never used. Additionally, I didn’t receive any receipt, confirmation or purchase details until now. The unauthorized charge is not refunded. This experience feels misleading and unfair. I am posting this review to warn others to be extremely cautious to use service, and check their bank statements immediately.

Very nice doctor. Kind and caring

There was a technical difficulty with my visit. I contacted customer support, and was helped quickly and efficiently by Marcus. He was able to contact the doctor and let me know they would be calling me again to do my visit. Within around 15 minutes, the doctor reached out to me, apologizing for the issue. Then he listened to my concerns and was very patient and understanding. He listened. He was kind. He showed empathy. Many people these days, especially in healthcare, are so overworked and busy that sometimes it seems like they don't really "hear" what we are going through--its "treat em and yeet em." But I felt seen and heard, just in that short span of time during our call. I appreciate that. Despite the little technical hiccup initially, I was taken care of, and I would still highly recommend Sesame. It was fast, convenient, and affordable. My doctor was great. Marcus was helpful and provided me an easy resolution. Most importantly, I recieved the care that I needed.

It got off to a slow start but I received the careI needed and my meds were called in for me and were waiting for me on my way home, so I got my meds the same day. As a matter of fact, my meds were ready at 11:30, 3.5 hours after my appointment this morning and all for $54. Not bad at all.

I went to Sesame Care to discuss possible HRT for perimenopause symptoms. They force you to do this as a subscription but when I went to cancel, my account literally stated I had no subscription. Then I get an email that my subscription renewed. Their chatbot tells me it’s in a different place then there regular subscription (under your appointments?) and of course they refuse to refund. THIS IS FRAUD!

Great provider. She listened and accurately diagnosed my issue.
