Tod Work is very helpful. He explains the diagnosis and medication clearly and concisely. He also asks the patient if there are any follow up questions. At the end of the visit, I felt encouraged about working on m the condition.

My experience with my provider is wonderful. Her quality and level of care and professional, quality service is top level. She is the only reason this rating is not a 1 star. The rest of the my experience with Sesame has been terrible. They keep screwing up my prescriptions. They haven't given me refills on my last two scripts, and the only thing lower than the level of concern by their customer service was their ability to comprehend the English language. And even though the last two refills were not received they had no issue taking money out of my account. They also have debited my account one other time when there was no reason to do so. Customer service? Hardly. Had a script sent in now, 3 days ago. Still hasn't shipped. Here we go again. Avoid Sesame and their Rx

Needed a work accommodation note and doctor refused Waste of money and the customer service is crap and refuses to help

No waiting room around sick people for starters.Asks the right questions in a direct manner. Doesn't waste my time or his. Made sure I had no issues not covered. Very easy to talk to.

Dr. Tawfeek was amazing! He asked all the right questions, explained the Rx he was prescribing and was very compassionate.

Great doctor easy to work with

I signed up for Sesame’s weight loss service in January 2025 and stopped using it in April 2025. Despite not using the service after April, I was charged $89/month from May through December 2025. When I reached out politely to explain the situation and ask for an exception because the recurring charge wasn’t clear to me at signup, I was told they would not refund any portion of those months. I understand companies have policies, but charging for months of unused service and refusing any adjustment or goodwill exception reflects poorly on how they treat customers. If you’re considering signing up, be very careful about billing terms and cancellation timing, and watch your statements closely.

If you are looking for prescription refills for respiratory and blood psi DO NOT SEE MELISSA ROBERTS she is a nurse and can not refill any prescriptions. I spent $55for absolutely nothing . She was 7min late for the appt and didn't even realize it was a prescription refill appt until the end of my 15min which she was very adamant to keep reminding me. Was not concerned at all for what I made the appt for. Very unprofessional and most definitely inconsiderate!
