My 15 minute appointment was scheduled at 6pm. The provider didn’t come onto the call until 6:28pm. I didn’t know whether to keep waiting or to end the call, but I had already paid, so I kept the video chat open. Luckily the provider showed up, but it wasn’t okay.

Nothing they told me in the appointment was true! I spoke to customer service at least eight times what they said was exactly opposite of what the doctor said. They put everything in my corner to find a pharmacy that did compounds when they advertise. This is what they do.. would not give me a refund would not recommend this company

The price was very reasonable, the appointment was quickly fulfilled and the person I talked to -- Salma Gozusulo -- was very knowledgeable, a good listener, showed empathy for my plight and was adept at determining the means for a cure to the condition I was suffering. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a health care solution.
