Was my first time using this app. But ir was easy to set up. Also, I needed a Dr late at night. The Dr was on time . I was able to get an online appointment in one hour. Dr did give me a prescription for sinus infection. Dr was very nice.

Shaina Davis was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and put me on the path to recovery and she did it on New Year’s Eve.

My husband is thrilled he can obtain a medication for his prostate inflammation. Thank you for your great service!

My husband has had kidney stones in the past and knew that is what he was dealing with 2 days ago. At 8:30pm he finally let me find someone to help him since he doesn’t have insurance and refuses to sit in an ER or Quickcare. This was our first time using Seaame and scheduled to see Dr. Joseph Isibor. The appointment was at 9:30pm via a telephone call. Dr. Isibor called at 9:20pm and had a RX sent to our pharmacy by 9:25pm. He was very nice and quick. We will definitely use Dr. Isibor again in the future.

I scheduled an appointment with a provider and the provider was unable to do anything for me. He said he wanted to order me lab tests but that the Sesame system would not allow him. I had to end the session and booked another Teleheath appointment with another company and they resolved my issue. I have tried seeking a refund from Sesame and they are refusing. Terrible customer service and I will certainly never be using Sesame again. They essentially took my money, provided no service to me, and are doing nothing to remedy it.
