Service Titan has been great
Service Titan has been great. It is a top of the line product and they keep updated and upgrading it to make it better. We wouldn't choose anyone else.

Very dishonest company with…
Very dishonest company with exceptionally horrible service. At NO point should you ever sign a contract. Once you do, they disappear and want to charge you full price to get rid of them. Even if they never actually delivered any services to you. Use any CRM other than Service Titan. I’m expecting a very canned response from their PR department. They will act like they care, but all they want is your money!

Service Titan has created efficient…
Service Titan has created efficient workflows and time management for our office and field staff. Numbers and information is quickly at hand when needed. Updates are timely. While no product is perfect... ST is the closest we have seen.

Good Support Team
Good Support Team We transitioned to Service Titan a few years ago. Since then, our Relationship Manager and Support Team has been top notch. I could not ask for a better group of individuals to partner with. They are knowledgeable, professional and very informative of their product. They respond to issues quickly and have worked very closely with us to improve workflows. In my experience, the best part of this product is its support team.

No perfect software exists for us…
No perfect software exists for us as contractors, however, in my experience from using or evaluating the other options out there (which I still do once a year) nothing beats the ServiceTitan experience. It takes effort, but when done correctly, will provide you with the data you need to run your business more effectively using KPI's and streamlining your workflow process. There is also a great peer support group that is willing to help and support you.

Adequate technician interface. Broken office/backend.
We have been using ServiceTitan for 2-1/2 years, and it has been a constant struggle. So many things are broken, and have been for months. We have a constant list of open support tickets and many of the most critical issues take several months to get fixed. ServiceTitan does not seem interested in fixing the aspects of their software that don't work. They are far more interested in developing and rolling out new functionality that looks and sounds great on the surface, but falls short of meeting expectations. We lost significant functionality, especially in terms of inventory management when we made the switch to ServiceTitan. ServiceTitan's shortcomings in inventory management forced us to bring on an additional software solution to manage inventory. ServiceTitan is also very restrictive in terms of integrating with other software, which makes adding additional inventory items, making inventory updates, and keeping the multiple systems in sync, unnecessarily complicated. Efficiency within our office has declined as well as a result of ServiceTitan's poor infrastructure.
