ServiceTitan is truly an amazing system overall. I’ve been working inside the platform for four years now, and I love how much it grows and evolves every single day. I have learned an immense amount about managing our operations through this system, and honestly, I still learn something new daily because the training resources are always right at my fingertips. If I have one critique, it's that putting all your business eggs in one basket is a vulnerability—when the system goes down, the whole company grinds to a halt. But even with that risk, the platform is incredible. It keeps us sharp, efficient, and constantly improving, and I can't wait to see what else I get to learn in the future!

We transitioned to **ServiceTitan** about six months ago, and while we are still in the early stages of fully utilizing the platform, we can already see its tremendous potential. The system is incredibly robust — so much so that we have only scratched the surface of what it can do. The learning curve has been steeper than we initially anticipated due to the depth and breadth of its capabilities. At times, that can feel overwhelming and even a bit frustrating. However, we recognize that the complexity reflects the power of the system, and we are confident the investment in learning it thoroughly will be well worth it in the long run. We have also been fortunate to have excellent support throughout the transition. Our CSM, Laura, has been a tremendous resource, and Krystle has been equally helpful during our Ignite and Ember sessions. Their guidance and responsiveness have made a significant difference in helping our team navigate the platform and continue building confidence in using it. Overall, we are excited about the long-term value ServiceTitan will bring to our organization and look forward to continuing to expand our use of the system.

The Service Titan program is great! They truly have thought of everything. If there are things your team needs, you can present that to their support team, and they will assist with whatever your needs are. They have many videos and other helps to guide you.

Everything has been pretty great from onboarding to launch and now operating the system for some time, except for a couple of sore spots that we had to get management involved. We felt overpromised and underdelivered on the Fintech portion, and we were told by the salesperson who demo'd our company for the final pitch that rates and pricing would be competitive and he "has no doubts that our team can beat our current rates." Well, they came up quite short initially. We had to send the Fintech team back to the drawing board multiple times and escalate the issue with the manager of our onboarding team. Even after all the meetings and sending Fintech back to the drawing boards, the rates were close but still higher overall, but the ROI of using the all-inclusive system was a sell for us. The accounting onboarding and QuickBooks Desktop integration was not smooth and kept needing to be circled back to multiple times, where again a manager in the accounting portion and the team manager were brought in due to complications. There were even extra ST workers brought in to assist and find the issues. The onboarding team was phenomenal aside from the sales and accounting issues we experienced. Our Success Manager always goes above and beyond for us. Quick to respond and follow up to make sure our inquiries are worked through and worked out by the help team. Trust the process and try to stick to the game plan that is laid out for you. Take advantage of the working appointments instead of trying to just figure things out on your own. There are a lot of moving parts and it can be overwhelming for a larger company like mine to onboard, but the constant check-ins and reminders were essential to keep it as smooth as possible.

Our customer service rep is awesome...but the company's lack of concern for the accounting side is horrible. Your software is useless unless you have an accounting side to it. You need to devote more resources to the bridge between ST and QB. This bridge has been plagued with issues for the 3 years we have been on board....in fact in 3 years, I do not know what my bank balance is due to all the export failures.....we are contemplating other platforms because of the lack of help and the amount of issues we have with the exporting function...in fact my accountant is asking for more money from me, because of all the issues.

Like any software there are always fixes and improvements to be made but Service Titan is definitely one of the top out there.

My experience with our Success Manager, Sparks, Embers, etc. has been exceptional. Although AI, Chat, and non-human interaction works in a lot of ways, it it really great that we still have the human contact when needed. I have been on Service Titan for 10 years and have gone through many success managers; Our success manager Matthew Avalos is by far the best in all areas; communications, solutions, he listens, among other great qualities. I have to give a shout out too to Megan Montgomery (Senior Program Facilitator) - she has been a excellent resource and is extremely knowledgeable about the product and understands business.

We are on our 2nd year of operating our business on Service Titan. It takes the first full year to completely adapt and get your processes flowing. We have had 5 specialized individuals really take us to the next level operating on Service Titan. We added two Pro Products the past year implementing them had a few bumps but we were able to get additional help on getting the most out of them. We look forward to continuing to work with our Customer Success Manager to keep up learning and grown to maximize it for our company!
