They are a complete scam. There is no response from customer service and I still haven’t received my items after 3 months despite multiple attempts to reach out.

Unfortunately, I only received a t-shirt from the two I had paid for. Unlike the photos on the website, the print I have received was also not shown anywhere :(. There was also no postcard or sticker included in the package. I've been trying for weeks to reach the Costumer Service, unfortunately so far without success! My 4 (!) e-mails remain unanswered. The T-shirt I received does not contain washing instructions. I assume that it was a return that was accidentally forwarded to me. I have waited over a month for my Earth Blooms Mystery Tee 2-Pack | Limited Edition and paid almost 60 Euros for the T-shirt plus shipping and customs. I am very upset!!! I will never order here again!

Sought reimbursement through Paypal.

I ordered from this company back at the start of the year. Got it no problem, loved the item, great. So I tried ordering from them again. This time I got an email stating that my order was on its way, only I never received it. I was not given an order number or any tracking information. Three weeks after the "it's on it's way" email I haven't received any responses either on the website or to any of my emails, so I left a comment on Instagram, one of the many people doing so. I went back later and saw they'd deleted all the negative comments so I called them out on that and they blocked me.... and then sent me an ad email. I'll be disputing the charge with my bank, this place is a scam.

Last year I had a good experience with customer service. However, recently I received a package very late and it was the wrong item. They won’t respond to any of my emails and, based on other reviews, it doesn’t seem like they ever will.

Wow. Wish I had read reviews 1st. It took 3 weeks to receive my order, ordered a 2 tank top mystery pack. Received 1 tee shirt I did not order. No response to emails and no correct product has arrived. $50 for a tshirt I didn't need or want. Don't waste your money.

Ordered 2 shirts on March 4 2022 I received 1 of the shirts like 3 weeks later. Here it is July 18th and I haven’t received the other and nobody will answer me. I have emailed probably 20 times and got no reply.. I tried mailing a letter to the address they have listed and my letter was sent back to me because they no longer are at the address. I’m very upset about this because there shirts are not cheap! Can’t even reach anyone to get a refund.

Last 2 orders I've waited over a month for the shipping updates. Don't waste your money or time. No one will reply to you.
