SerengeteeReviews of serengetee.com

Got a pocket t shirt from the new Hawaiian launch and love it!! I appreciate that they brought back the custom pockets. The print was super cute with a fun whale pattern and I liked the post card touch. Would def order again!! Very pleased!

They relaunched this year and the pocket tees are so comfy. I love how they use fabric from around the world. Will definitely be ordering more in the near future!

Looks like not what is used to be....I'll put in my 2 cents on here as a regular customer of Serengetee back before their "business shut down". I loved this company and I have many of their shirts. Never had an issue with getting my orders and from what I remember they were responsive if there was an issue. I was sad to get their notice that the company was shutting down. I think I ordered a couple things from their close out sale and while it took a little longer I did get my order eventually. I thought that was the end of it. Then a couple years later I started receiving notifications about Serengetee shirts for sale again. I was surprised. There was something off about the advertisements and even when I checked their website again. It was like every personal touch that had been there before was gone. And there was no explanation as to why suddenly the company was back in business again. I didn't trust it. And from the reviews I'm seeing on here it looks like its a good thing I didnt. I dont know what business shenanigans happened behind the scenes. My guess is while one partner of the company moved on the other decide to keep things going on a shadier level and in the process has driven this company's name into the dirt. It's heartbreaking, because this company used the be excellent. I hope this review was helpful to anyone confused by this mess.

Zero stars. Total scam.

Card was charged, order was never shipped or received, no response from the Company (Serengetee) after several attempts of contacting.

I might be the outlier here, but this is definitely not a scam. I have placed three orders since 2020, another one in 2022, and the most recent one in 2025, and each one was fulfilled. Sometimes there is a delay of over a week until the item is shipped after the order is placed, but I have received all 6 shirts I've ordered in the past 5 years. Beautiful designs, the latest ones custom-made as a gift for my sister-in-law and brother. For my latest order, here was the timeline: Order placed Oct. 7, tracking number available Oct. 9, Jeff responded to my email Oct. 16 to confirm the sizes were correct. USPS had the item Oct. 17, and it was delivered on the 21st. I have never had any issues with Serengetee at all, while others are complaining. There's a 20% off sale now, so you can try placing orders. I really think they are trying to be better, so you might consider giving them another chance like I did.

I just want to say I was the seamstress for this company when they first started out. I cannot remember the founders name but, he was so kind and honest. He was a student at the Universary of Arizona right here where I live. He delivered the shirts to me weekly and I sewed the pockets for him in my home. He payed me very well. I was sad when he graduated and moved to California to join the company head quarters. He later left the company to pursue other business options. I am so sorry all of you have been scammed and happy He was not the scammers.

After scamming hundreds of people with a going out of business sale and not providing items or returning emails company is back sending emails to purchase mystery packs. DO NOT DO IT. Jeff is a piece of garbage and didn’t pay employees or send out items that were paid for. Had to dispute charge with bank to get my money back after years of supporting them.
