Zero stars. Total scam.

Card was charged, order was never shipped or received, no response from the Company (Serengetee) after several attempts of contacting.

I just want to say I was the seamstress for this company when they first started out. I cannot remember the founders name but, he was so kind and honest. He was a student at the Universary of Arizona right here where I live. He delivered the shirts to me weekly and I sewed the pockets for him in my home. He payed me very well. I was sad when he graduated and moved to California to join the company head quarters. He later left the company to pursue other business options. I am so sorry all of you have been scammed and happy He was not the scammers.

After scamming hundreds of people with a going out of business sale and not providing items or returning emails company is back sending emails to purchase mystery packs. DO NOT DO IT. Jeff is a piece of garbage and didn’t pay employees or send out items that were paid for. Had to dispute charge with bank to get my money back after years of supporting them.

After "going out of business" a couple years ago, Jeff is back at it and BUYER BEWARE. They mess up orders, take forever to deliver and then some items go missing and no refunds ever come (and since it's months after the fact, very hard to dispute the charge). Stay away!

Never received my order. They don’t answer emails or calls. Lost $90 to a terrible company. Don’t purchase from here.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from their close out sale. Finally received my order only to find out an item I purchased wasn’t included. I sent an email to the company, no response. Sent another email, still no response. I want my item/money back. Been trying since the start of April to talk to someone.

Purchased from their closing business sale back at the end of December and it is now March 16 and I still have no shirts. I got an email 12 days ago saying the items had been shipped but it was a generic email sent to subscribers it seems like, and nothing with a tracking number followed. Already filed a claim back with my CC for the $172. Shame because I'd ordered in the past and loved their items.
