After "going out of business" a couple years ago, Jeff is back at it and BUYER BEWARE. They mess up orders, take forever to deliver and then some items go missing and no refunds ever come (and since it's months after the fact, very hard to dispute the charge). Stay away!

Never received my order. They don’t answer emails or calls. Lost $90 to a terrible company. Don’t purchase from here.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from their close out sale. Finally received my order only to find out an item I purchased wasn’t included. I sent an email to the company, no response. Sent another email, still no response. I want my item/money back. Been trying since the start of April to talk to someone.

Purchased from their closing business sale back at the end of December and it is now March 16 and I still have no shirts. I got an email 12 days ago saying the items had been shipped but it was a generic email sent to subscribers it seems like, and nothing with a tracking number followed. Already filed a claim back with my CC for the $172. Shame because I'd ordered in the past and loved their items.

Like the others, I have been totally ripped off. I ordered for my grandson, spending way too much since I am on a very limited income. They took the money and did not deliver. I feel really dumb but home this comes back to haunt them for stealing from people. **** UPDATE)**** Well, now I need to eat crow. I wrote several days ago again to the company explaining that I was very upset, and had given them a bad review. Lo and behold my order arrived today (and I like the shirts that were for a birthday gift on Feb. 22). Considering I ordered the shirts in early January; was finally told they were shipped on Feb. 15 by FedX; to finally arrive on March 10, did make me lose my patience. Sorry.

Never revived any of my purchases. Tried contacting them though diff platforms and still nothing. This brand is a SCAM along with its owner JEFF STEITZ

Ordered a 2 piece mystery pack t-shirt and 2 piece long sleeve back in early December when they announced their closing sale. It’s now March and I received a “tracking number” 2 weeks ago but ups is still waiting on the item. Emailed them and have heard nothing. Sad because I ordered from here before and received my items within 2 weeks. I’m going to have to file a claim with my bank to see if I can get the $75 back.

I made an order back at the start of September and waited a month before hearing anything about it and without receiving the package. In that time I emailed a couple times to check in on the order with no response. When I received the packaged a month later the order was completely wrong (I ordered a mystery 2-pack but received a single white t-shirt). I have emailed several times since then about fixing the order/getting a refund and never heard anything. Very disappointed with the service. Big waste of money.
