Negative stars. This business is a scam. Ordered on may 30th. I sent multiple emails, none of which got a reply. It didn’t ship until July. When it did ship, I was surprised by an email from DHL wanting 50$ for customs, despite nowhere on their site warning me of this. For those wondering, I qualified for free shipping. My order was 150$ Ish. I have reached out to their Instagram, email and Facebook, absolutely no reply. This is a scam. DO. NOT. BUT.

I placed an order in March and have never received an item or any updates. I have tried numerous times to contact the company and they won't respond. Basically just threw $89 in the trash

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!! ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! They not only scam their customers, but they steal images from creators and block them to avoid payment!!

I loved my first order. And now I'm honestly really sad to say that I'll probably never order again. This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I received the wrong size in one of my shirts on my second order, it took multiple weeks for me to even reach customer service to initiate an exchange. And then I finally was able to get the label and ship the shirt. That was four months ago. I never received my exchange (or a refund either, they kept my money). I've reached out to customer service multiple times since then and either not heard anything or been told they will look into it and get back to me. Still nothing. I keep getting promotional emails, and would love to order again, but I don't think I want to order again from a company who doesn't seem to care about making things right with their customers.

I have been a customer for about a year now and I am not happy with thier customer service response. I was sent the incorrect package and spoke via email to someone that said they would notify their superiors. It has been a month since then, I have attempted to contact at least 3 times since then and still have yet to have a response, the correct package, or a refund. In all honesty it makes me sad because I do enjoy their products, but it's hard to enjoy something I never received.

I ordered a few shirts and a mystery pack in April. I received the wrong size in the mystery pack, but everything else was correct. I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement - but it was also in the wrong size. We repeated this process again, only for me to receive the wrong size a THIRD time (I see below this also happened to someone else - how do they fail this hard!?). After ignoring my emails multiple times, I was told they were “sent to a manager,” I tried customer service on Facebook messenger. I was told to pick out two new shirts as a replacement. This was June 3rd. I reached out multiple times after my order didn’t ship, and they said one of them was out of stock, but it should ship “super soon.” This obviously didn’t happen. I asked customer service again to swap out the shirt that couldn’t be shipped, they told me it would process within a week. After 3 weeks, customer service blocked me on Facebook messenger and still did not ship my order. I filed a claim with PayPal and got a refund for the mystery pack items they never corrected.

I ordered 2 mystery packs of t-shirts for about $100. It was a good deal so I thought I'd give it a shot. Little do they tell you - there will be extra charges - I was charged almost $40 additionally in fees after I made my payment. When I emailed them to ask for an explanation and my money back they said it was my problem because of the country I live in. There is no notice of this anywhere on the website and had I known I'd be charged secretly another $40 I would have never ordered. Not worth it.

I would put 0 if I could! I made a decently large order, I received all of my items BUT one of my mystery packs were the wrong size. So I emailed and requested the right size be sent my way, they responded in 20 minutes and I had an order on the way, well REPEAT this process 3 times. They sent the SAME size 3 times as well as they were the EXACT same shirts each time. The “ninja” said they were sending my case to their manager, since then, I havnt been able to speak with anyone (EMAIL or OTHERWISE) I have filed for a small claims law suit. Absolutely awful customer service. I’m so embarrassed that I even gave this customer my hard earned money.
