I wanted to cancel one service element we were no longer using. Their webpage had instructions on cancelling subscriptions, which were inaccurate and led to 30 minutes of going around in circles. I left it some time and sent them an email to continue one service but refund the other service and highlight the errors in their website instructions. They mentioned nothing about the errors on their website, blanked me on that point, and quoted their terms and conditions about non-refund. I would not have minded, but their website was wrong.
