I’ve found SE Ranking helpful for checking keyword rankings, monitoring website performance, and keeping track of SEO progress. It’s convenient to have different SEO tools in one platform instead of switching between multiple tools. Some features take time to get used to, but overall, it makes daily SEO tasks easier to manage.

Was going great, until their entire system stopped working for over a week due to a Google update. I asked if we would be getting any type of credit since the service is quite expensive and this downtime resulted in us being unable to run client reports and requiring us to cancel or postpone meetings. I was told "No. We are not giving refunds." I think that's pretty terrible when their service clearly isn't working and still isn't back to normal at the time of this review.

This service rarely works and is regularly broken. Keywords are often showing as deindexed when they are actually still present and quite often the daily report/scan doesn't even finish. The customer service and website acknowledge the issues but only after substantial interaction. They have also been unwilling to provide partial refunds for extended periods during which the service is virtually unusable and highly inaccurate. We would recommend going with another service. However, if you would enjoy panicking every time the report seems to say your website has crashed (when it is really just fine), this would be the service for you.

I've been using SE Ranking for years, and whilst it has always been the cost-effective solution to rank tracking, a recent experience has massively put me off using the company, and I have since canceled. On the 16th of September, their rank tracking became incredibly unreliable. When I've put it to them, they tell me they have a fix that's rolling out. We are now 9 days since then, and if anything, it's getting worse. It's almost impossible to actually speak to someone beyond the AI support bots. I appreciate these are not 5-minute fixes. However, to see the issue on their status 4 days after I reported it and 8 days after it appeared, and having followed up every day, I still have no ETA on when this is going to be fixed. We ask clients to trust the rank tracker we are using, and then, when we cannot give clients an ETA of when it will be fixed, we have to ask them to trust the data again. It's really put me off the overall handling of this. But what I will say is, when it worked, it was a very good tool and a cost-effective rank tracker.

Great software. It's a nice alternative to SEMRush which is way more expensive and provides the same insights. I've been using it for a while and I highly recommend it.
